Returns & Exchanges
At Probikeshop, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of receipt in its original packaging. Please ensure all items are unused and include all technical tags to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your customer account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Pack Your Gear
Securely place the items in their original boxes, ensuring all components and manuals are included, and attach the provided return shipping label to the outside of the package.
Ship the Package
Drop off your parcel at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup as instructed in your return confirmation email.
Receive Your Refund
Once our technical team inspects the returned equipment, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
